Part Time Freelance Telesales.

Brilliant Marketing Solutions Ltd is looking for a part time freelance Telesales Executive, primarily based at our offices in Knightrider Street ,Maidstone. The position will become available mid  May 2012, initially for a period of up to 3 months , with an option to become a permanent post in future.Within the role of  Telesales Executive, you will be expected to sell across a portfolio of online listings and advertising options to businesses across the UK, working within guidelines set out by Brilliant Marketing Solutions.

Typical daily job functions may include any or all of the following:

Creating and maintaining up to date client databases by county, sourcing leads from sites such as Google / Yell etc.

Keeping accurate records of each client, including  name, address, contact details and a brief description of all conversations.( Using ‘Contacts ‘ on Microsoft Outlook.)

Cold-calling from the created database.

Helping prepare and send out regular sales e-casts to the database.

Simple maintenance to our websites- adding new businesses as they book / replacing text / images.

Help improve and refine the advertising options and media pack.

Keep accurate sales records of each sale ( Using Microsoft Excel)

Ensuring each sale is correctly added to the website and our database and all required copy has been supplied and added to the website.

Help chase outstanding payments ( where necessary)

Assist in sales across any other publication, web site, awards within the group as required.

Provide regular weekly reports / stats of sales.

Target number of calls per day approx = 30-50



Hourly rate £9.00 per hour : Approx 15 – 20 hours per week.  ( Monday-Friday) Your monthly salary will be paid one month in arrears on the 30th of each month via BACS Commission will be paid at a rate of 15% per advert / listing sold ,once the minimum county
